Reception Plan

Colegio San José, as an HMMI Centre, has as a fundamental priority to welcome a diversity of students interested in being part of its educational project. Without distinctions of any kind, it strives to meet the educational and personal needs of its students within the possibilities offered by the center.

In addition, the school welcomes the families of the students, inviting them to consider the school as a second home. Integration into the academic, religious and festive life offered is encouraged, and close collaboration in the education of children is encouraged.

That is why we have prepared a Welcome Plan so that both students and their families integrate easily and feel part of our community from the beginning.

For Students:
  • Initial Visit: Before the course starts, you can go to the Centre. This way you will be able to get to know the school, the teachers and the whole team that works at the Centre.
  • Student Guide: During the first few weeks you will have a class student as a guide at the Centre. He or she will help you adapt and make new friends.
  • Welcome Activities: We have prepared activities both in class and at recess while you meet other classmates who share your interests.
For Families
  • Initial Parents' Meeting: We invite you to a few talks to tell you everything about our educational project, operating rules, uniformity and solve any questions you may have. It's also a great opportunity to meet other families.
  • Family School: Organized around topics that we know interest you, such as how to help your children at home with their studies or how to better communicate with them.
  • Direct Communication: Through the GlobalEDUCA Familia application, you will be up to date with all the school news, as well as any incident that may occur. In addition, you will have a direct channel with the teaching staff for anything you need.
